MONARCHÉ Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of MONARCHÉ services, including VIP transfers and premium car rental.

2. Definitions

• Service – VIP transfer or premium car rental provided by MONARCHÉ.
• Client – the person submitting an inquiry or booking.
• Operator – MONARCHÉ, responsible for service delivery.

3. Scope of services

• Arranging VIP transfers in Poland and selected EU countries.
• Premium car rentals with the option of delivery to a specified address.
• Additional services on request (e.g., child seat, extra stops, baggage assistance).

4. Bookings and payments

• We accept inquiries and bookings via form, WhatsApp bot, or phone.
• A booking is confirmed after the Client accepts the offered terms.
• Payment terms (deposit, full amount, method) are set individually and shared in the offer.

5. Cancellations and changes

The Client may cancel or modify a booking according to the terms provided in the offer; any cancellation fees are communicated before confirmation.

6. Liability

MONARCHÉ exercises due care in delivering services; liability is limited to amounts agreed in the offer and in line with applicable law.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by email. We review them without undue delay and inform about the outcome and next steps.
